Debbie was so nice and welcoming. Barbara the hygienist was so good with my daughter talking to her and letting her know what she was doing before she started, and my daughter did so good with her. The entire staff was beyond great. This is a small practice where you feel like they really care and that your important, nothing like these dental groups where every time you go in, you don't know who the dentist or the staff will be. Excellent experience and excellent care thank you all for making this a positive experience for us. I highly recommend Dr. Pulido.

The best dentist and staff ever!
Broke off a crown 20 minutes before Dr. Pulido's office closed for the weekend. Called & explained problem, they said "come right in". He fixed my tooth quickly & painlessly. Even though I only go in when I have an urgent need, Dr. Pulido has taken care of my dental "needs" for 20 years, and I won't go to any other dentist.

I don't leave issues until the last minute, but in this case it couldn't be avoided. I called early in the am and Debbie was able to fit me in for evaluation within hours. They took x-rays and Dr. Pulido's evaluation revealed the need for a specialist. Debbie called the specialist and worked with them to set up an appointment that afternoon. Issue resolved. Great staff, support, and service. I highly recommend this dental office and Dr. Pulido.

The staff is always so helpful, the hygeniests excellent, and Dr Pulido is great. I'm so happy I found this office where recommendations are made for my benefit and not because someone wants a commission or perks for "selling the product of the month". I also love it that crowns are made on site, eliminating a couple of weeks with a temporary that can come off. Dr Pulido is a terrific patient oriented dentist.

Me and my family have been Dr Pulido's patients for 15 years. Even though we no longer live in Escondido, we continue having Dr Pulido as our dentist. Dr Pulido and friendly, knowledgable staff always welcome us with a cheerful smile, making us feel like part of the family. Dr. Pulido has been my dentist for about 7 years. It’s always a pleasure to see Debbie at the desk. She is so sweet and knowledgeable if I have any questions. Colette has been my dental hygienist most of the time. She is so thorough, yet gentle. She has such a great personality, I am sure she would get along with anyone. And Dr. Pulido is always positive and uplifting, I feel like I can trust him. He doesn’t tell me I need work done that isn’t necessary, which is why I had to leave my previous dentist. Their prices are reasonable and it’s a very comfortable office as well. Oh, if I have to wait, (which is rare), they have a beautiful aquarium in the waiting room! It has sea anemones, clown fish, shrimp and a lot of other colorful creatures. It is delightful to see! Thank you for making my dental experience so good!
